We love Ohana and have eaten there every trip. Most recent in Feb of this year.
DH and I are both meat eaters and this meal fits us wonderfully well.
The only thing that I recommend is that you ask for your sirloin to be cooked the temp you like it, as it is usually served well. I am a med/rare person, so well is cardboard to me. The server always says "ok" and will bring a special skewer that is done to my likeness.
This whole meal is fabulous though, from the bread and salad to the dessert. (which is best on property IMO).
Now Boma is a different story for us. We ate there once and didn't care for the spices and flavors they use in all dishes. Both DH and I are spicey people, we like things hot, peppery and full of flavor. But Boma uses spices like cinnamon, vanilla and fruit flavors in ALL the dishes. Even the meats are rubbed in them!! For a buffet, we usually can find a couple things even if it is just meat to enjoy. But out of sampling all the dishes we were still left hungry as everything had a sweetness to them. The meats, the potatoes, the veggies...even the soups. Everything was like a holiday dessert.
Needless to say we weren't happy, not that it was bad, just not what we like. So we learned our lession. There is spicey and then there is "spicey"...determine what it is first.
I also learned that there is a beef dish I won't eat....beef with a cinnamon flavor to it!!

Have a great trip!!
