I dont care if it's Mr. Mickey Mouse himself, people are being ... weird. These are actors. They have lives. Stop speculating. Stop researching.

Ok, wow. To be clear - I didn't go out and specifically seek out this actress's information. She posted using the hashtags #disneytreasure and #coriander on her very public social media accounts, and her posts happened to come up when I did a Google Video Search for recent treasure videos.

If sharing the results of a Google search is "being weird", then apparently this forum isn't the place for me. I won't bother you all again. Enjoy your vacations.

This may cause them to re-examine how they do the entertainment, but as it is now, that would require hiring someone and paying them to stay at home and not audition for any other jobs on the off-chance that an injury happens.

Given that this is part of a duo, currently to hire someone they would either have to take the other performer away to ensure that the chemistry is there or hire TWO new performers and put the uninjured one out of a job.

I'm sure one of the extras or other performers already onboard could be the stand-in while they are out. I'm not suggesting they needlessly keep someone on retainer at home at all times.

I did not mean it as a personal attack. Sorry if it came across that way. I have just seen things like this with other fandoms spiral and cross the line from curiosity to invasive behavior. I don't think it has gotten there yet, but it was heading in that direction.

I know people are excited about the new shows, offerings, and performers, but remember, these are humans who don't need strangers speculating about their well-being and their jobs on an internet forum.

I don’t think people are concerned about the individual performers or their identities here. Instead, they are concerned that entertainment that is supposed to be available on the ship is not available. I for one was disappointed that the Aladdin retelling did not occur on my sailing, and it sounds like that was a result of the lack of a Coriander performer onboard. In addition, instead of two performers playing off each other in many of the shows (welcome aboard show, farewell show), it was just Sage with no second performer so the show was just sort of flat. So from my perspective this is more about the lack of entertainment on the ship (or at least not the same level of entertainment that has been on some sailings) due to the Coriander character being missing for whatever reason.

Yeah I was on the 12-19th sailing and we had some knockoff Coriander at the Adventure Tea (worst value thing on the cruise) that went by Thyme or something. She seemed to not know the part at all and was clearly trying to fill in. Our Adventure tea also was missing Tiana. There was a Coriander for the Choose Wisely show, but no Coriander at the Sail away, or for the Jungle Cruise. I think she must have been sick for most of the cruise. Actors get sick, but we still had an amazing time.

That looks the one we had on our 3/22 sailing. Her ankle was clearly swollen and black and blue when we saw her. I’m sad to hear it was such a bad injury, but my gut said it might be. With zero disrespect to Sage, she was truly the stronger of the two performers and I can see why absence was noticeable.
