For anyone that has done a split stay recently, has disney moved your luggage? This will be our first time without a car, so I was wondering if they would move our luggage or if we would have to come up with another plan.

Thanks!

From what I understand, they will move your luggage, but not groceries. Someone could correct me if I'm wrong.
What we do when we don't have a car, is use Uber or Lyft to take our stuff over and check in. Leave it with concierge and go off to the parks.
That way I know it is there and not lost in the shuffle. I like the peace of mind.

Yes - bring your bags to bell services on your way out on check out day, ask them to transfer to the new resort.
Pick up your bags at the new resort and bring them to your room once you get there. Don't expect them until at least check in time.

They will move groceries but not perishables.

Yes I think they will move your luggage. We did a split stay in December but just got an Uber from CBR to WL. Was quick and easy. There were only 2 of us though with carry on luggage.

We did a split stay in January. We took our bags to Bell Serives @ BWI and told them we were transferring to GF. Once we were in our room at GF we called Bell Services & our bags were brought to our room. They did tell us not to expect our bags to be at GF until 4-6 pm.

We just did a split stay between Saratoga and Old Key West and had no issues with having our luggage and non perishable groceries moved.
