Hi
Just booked a last minute trip with my DD in December. We don't eat meat, so does anyone know if the vegetarian meal in Mexico is any good? Also, we've never eaten in Japan and were wondering how good the Tokyo restaurant is. They have shrimp tempura that sounds good. Thanks!!!

Im sure someone will give you a great report but from what ive heard san angel has changed their whole menu recently so the ones you will find online are old!

Since you don't eat meat you might want to ck out the Wave's menu. I heard they have some veggie meals. We ate there it's was good.

Toyko Dining is excellent, and veg options are likewise (excellent). Also, the veggie noodle dish at Brown Derby is very good.

Resort dining signature restaurants will go out of their way to make you something great. All you need to do is ask what chef can do as vegetarian (in addition to whatever veg dish is on the menu). So you may want to consider those too. (In the parks a little less flexible, understandably).

Have not been to San Angel in a long time, so I cannot help there.

We ate lunch at the San angel Inn this past Sunday and it was wonderful. Got seated with no ADR and the food was hot and fresh and the service was terrific. the atmosphere can not be beat.

I lived in Japan for three years and we LOVED Tokyo dining. The tempura was first rate, really, really good. The sushi was good too! You won't be dissapointed. Never ate at San Angel.

Thanks everyone!! We have an ADR for San Angel for lunch, but might change it. I'll leave it up to my DD. She really wanted San Angel, since she likes to be by the water drinking a margarita. (I do too)!!!

Totally not what you asked about, but if you eat shrimp. Sometime, you could go to 'Ohanas and just have new shrimp skewers with your meal. The shrimp, salad and bread pudding are best things there!!!!

Thanks HeidiGW,
We've eaten at O'hana many times and usually get the shrimp. I just had the shrimp on the skewers in August. They were delicious.
