I always try to get an 'Ohana dinner in. Its one of our "must do's". If your kids aren't picky, they'll love it. The chicken and steak are excellent, and so is the shrimp if your kids are into it. They also do a thing every hour or so where they have the kids that want to go around the restaurant pushing a coconut around. Now that my kids are past that age, I find it somewhat annoying, but it doesn't usually go on too long.

The main thing you need to remember is that 'Ohana is a tough reservation. I'd encourage you to book it as soon as you can. On my recent trip, I was unable to get anything except 9:30PM for a long time, but a 6:30 popped up closer to the date. It is a reservation that requires a credit card to hold, so there are cancellations.

Ohana was our favorite restaurant! You will not leave hungry lol! The food is wonderful. I can not even begin to tell you how many coriander chicken wings and pot stickers I ate!:)

Definitely make a reservation as soon as possible. When we arrived their was a long line waiting for someone not to show up for their reservation. DH called 180 days prior to our trip and you would not believe how few reservations were left.

The last time we dined there was August 2010, and the food and service for us was as good as ever. We will be there in a little less than 2 weeks, and my dining report will be posted in the link in my signature.

We love everything about 'Ohana!

'Ohana is a must do for me every trip also! The bread pudding dessert is to die for!!! Make sure to grab a reservation way in advance because they go quick. I'm sure your family will love it!

Thanks y'all!! Now I'm counting down to October to make my reservation!!!!

We ate at 'Ohana on 7/21 for the second time. It was even better than last time! Everything was deliscious, the wait staff was friendly and fast, and the kids adored the games and songs they played. Definitely a meal that you want to pace yourself at though! Don't fill up too fast...you need to save room for the bread pudding. It is out of this world good! Even my kids who hate bread pudding devoured it. I would also recommend getting a Lapu Lapu or a Backscratcher cocktail either before or with the meal. They are great, and STRONG! Have a magical time! We are headed back in October, and will be doing 'Ohana again. It has become one of our 'must dos' every trip! Enjoy! :cool1:

O'hana offers a character breakfast that I think your kids would enjoy. We've eaten there a handful of times, the last being in March. The meal is served family style (typical pancakes, sausage, fruit, etc) but they also serve this great Hawaiian bread. We've always had great service at O'hana.

The characters at the meal are Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch and we've always found the character interaction to be great.

We ate there on July 13th and it was better then I remember from our trip in 2010. As much as I enjoyed it then it was better this time. We had a 6:45 reservation. All the food was hot and delicious and our server was very friendly and attentive. He came around many times with pitchers to refill our drinks.
