I have personally never been refused using my Platinum perk for brunch, but it is something I keep hearing of. So I would like to hear from recent cruisers on the Fantasy whether they were able to use it or whether it could only be used for dinner. thank you!

You can use it once for Brunch or dinner. It will still show up as a charge online but, once you are at the restaurant when they bring the bill at the end it will show that the meal was comped for anyone in your stateroom. For brunch all food is included as much as you want and there is a complimentary glass of champagne or mimosa and non alcoholic beverage. Anything above that for specialty drinks will be charged to you. For dinner you can either go off the $45 menu or you can do ala cart and you’ll be covered for up to $45 per person in your stateroom. 🤗

The official perk is dinner only. I never had issues getting it for brunch, but I do know people that were refused for brunch both on the Wonder and Dream...

We haven’t sailed the fantasy since being platinum but on both the wonder and the wish we have used it for brunch. Neither time did we ask. They just brought us the zeroed out bill when we were finished. That’s odd that it would differ by ship. You’d think it would be a fleet wide thing.

Wow! That’s crazy because maybe someone would like to experience all the dinners in the restaurant while brunch does not disrupt dinner plans.

that's exactly my case. I don't eat much at night and I'm all about the shipentertainment such as characters and shows so I don't want to sit down at Palos for a long stretch of time at night. I usually book Palo brunch on that odd portday where they offer it lol

I think that’s WHY DCL may only want to limit the perk to dinner. Everyone feels that way, and brunch ALWAYS sells out while dinner does not. Yes Disney wants to recognize platinum, but they also would prefer it if they didn’t have to comp a bunch of meals for platinum guests while there are a lot of guests on the brunch waitlist who would gladly pay full price if they could only get a reservation. Especially since platinum guests can book the brunch before everyone else except concierge.
