Recent National renters who used coupon and code

Any National renters out there who have traveled recently using Priceless code and Entertainment coupon? I was just wondering how it went. I had heard that some people had trouble with them accepting both. We're leaving in the 4 weeks and are curious about this. Thanks!

I rented at Sanford last week with no problems, in fact the agent did not ask for the coupon, I had to tell him to take it. I was the only one at the counter, so if there was going to be a problem, I would have expected it.

Does your confirmation / rate show both? If so then, don't worry.

Had no problems using it at MCO. Cashier gave the printed Entertainment coupon back to DH.

Just got back on Sunday. Used both without any issues. In fact my final bill was about $3.00 less than my confirmation. They did keep my coupon, but no big deal. I have others.

We used National last week (Tues 4-26 - Sun 5-1) at MCO. Used both priceless code and Entertainment coupon. Had no problems.

Priceless code 6600330. anyone can use it. Usually the best rates come w/ a combo of the priceless code, and the $20 off Entertainment coupon.

We've got a car booked for our upcoming August trip. We used the priceless code only. We do have an entertainment book, but I thought the coupon was only good for a 7day rental. We're only having a car for 5 days. Any thoughts?

It's good for a Mid-size or larger and rentals minimum of 5 days to a max. of 14 days.

We are also going in August!

Can you modify your current reservation?

I assumed that since current prices are so much higher, if I modified the reservation at all, the new total in my reservation would reflect the current cost (and the new entertainment book discount) rather than the rate I had when I first booked the reservation. Does that make sense??

Had no problems at all. The attendant did take the coupon at the EA kiosk. I was charged exactly what my confirmation listed. And, we did not have to wait to check-out when we were there on 4/30/05 at 10:15AM.

Try checking the rate with the Modify option on the web site. When you attempt to modify the reservation to add the coupon, you will first see the adjusted cost for the modification and be given a choice to accept the new rate or keep your current reservation. If the new rate is higher, just keep the current one.

I rented on 4/28 at MCO with no problem using both the ent. coupon and priceless code.
