Recent Memories Collection Weddings

I was pretty sure there were a few Memoires Collection Weddings that went on this summer, or are about to. Where did all of these ladies go? Or did I just miss the postings. We only have about 9 weeks until our wedding, so I am dying to see pictures, and here some news to get me even more excited.

I'm getting married on Aug 7th at Luau Beach. As soon as I have pics, I'll share!

But, I do have a busy next few weeks:

Wedding Weekend: Aug 6-9 at WDW
At home Wedding Reception: Aug 14
Disneyland/D23 Expo Honeymoon: Aug 18-25

So, just be patient.

I got married on the Luau beach about a week ago! It was wonderful and everything went smoothly. We even got a few extras (rose petals and a couple of boutonnieres) for free. The photographer and wedding coordinator were so friendly and accommodating too. Make sure to get a "happily ever after" pin for some extra free gifts!

I have a memories wedding on 11/12/11 and we just got the great news that they're letting us have the ceremony at CSR! I'm so excited, it's so lush and beautiful in front of the fountains!!

Wow - that is great, I didn't realize they had opened it up to additional locations! I hope you post pics when you get back.

I have a memories wedding on 11/12/11 and we just got the great news that they're letting us have the ceremony at CSR! I'm so excited, it's so lush and beautiful in front of the fountains!!

That's awesome!!! Sure wish that was more common knowledge. I moved our CSR hotel reservation to the GF to make things more convenient, lol. I think CSR is beautiful!!! We were going to have our e-pix taken this Nov at CSR, until we just decided to do the wedding then!! I'm sure we'll see you around at some point--we're 11/10/11!

Our memories VR was on 7/31/2011 - I agree with PP - it was a wonderful experience - Vita was our coordinator - very sweet and took excellent care of us ( our only problem was the HEAT!!!!!)......ceremony at 3:00 PM Luau Beach -

I don't have any "official photos" yet - here are a couple we took ourselves (unfortunately none from the site....but you can see the bouquet was beautiful)

I used these flip-flops for the actual ceremony - since we were in the sand....and BTW I had to step off/over the curb that separates the sidewalk from the actual beach area - I didn't realize that so it's something to think about - I was not very graceful.....

This is a pic my hubby took the next morning while we were waiting to be picked up for our Hollywood Studios photo session....

And last - a pic of both of us at Victoria & Albert's .....

And I think its great that CSR is going to be used - the grounds are gorgeous!

Here is a picture of my bouquet (okay, two lol) - the rose and pink hydrangea option. It was more rose heavy than the picture they sent in the planning pack but I loved it. It was huge too!
