Recent gluten-free experiences with Fireworks dessert party at MK

I am looking for recent (last 6 months) experiences with the gluten-free options during the Fireworks dessert party at MK. I have found conflicting reviews online (from last year).

A thread from May 2018 said they got a box of cold/old pastries, while one blog from July and another from August 2018, gave it glowing reviews:
