Looking for anyone who has recently ( in the last year) upgraded at the port on a 3 or 4 days cruise from a standard room to any concierge category. Can I ask how early you arrived and what your approx cost was?

My guess is there are not many if any. I have sailed on two DCL this year and both had signs up no upgrades available. Captain Mickey was sailing full. Concierge usually sells out when the rest of the cruise does not.

I have done 3 cruises this year, and the sign was up for all of them. Captain Mickey says ship is full

What time of year/port/ship/itinerary are you doing? Upgrade experiences will vary a lot by these factors. (Our cruise in late summer last year was not quite full, but concierge was full for a long time before the cruise.)

When you look at your sail date, are there any concierge cabins available to book?

The other thing to consider is DCL does not release wheelchair accessible rooms until around 3 weeks until sail date

Unless of course they have already been booked by people who need them and call in to do so.
