Hi JLS, My DH and I ate there without our kids last month. We had eaten there 2 years ago (also alone) on a cold rainy night and had a lovely quiet evening. Well this year it was a zoo! We had an ADR but still had to wait 20-30 min. Had a table inside, squeezed between two families. Loud doesn't begin to describe the noise level. DH and I were very hungry so we stayed put. The food was very good, not gourmet but very good for the level of crowd moving through there. I had the french dinner which was soup, bread, roasted chicken and creme brule. DH had lobster bisque and the tenderloin. Our waiter has some trouble with english and was not very willing to fill our requests to change the side dishes on our meals (I wanted the potatoes augrautin vs. mashed, I mean really how hard it that!
). Overall the food was good but I doubt we'd eat there again.
