Has anyone had any recent dealings with Airline Network? We have used them in the past and they have been great. However, we have had cause to need to change our plans for our forthcoming trip, due to the airlines changing flight times, and their service has been appalling! It feels as if they don't have enough staff to cope with the workload. Despite changing our booking almost 4 weeks ago, they haven't sent us a revised invoice or our carhire voucher despite numerous promises.
