Recent Eastern Cruisers???

Is Disney Dreams shown on the last night of the cruise, or is it on Thurday. I always thought it was on the last night, but on the navigators listed on Barb's website it shows it on Thursday.

I seem to remember it being on Thursday.

On the seven night cruises the Farewell Variety Show is always on the last evening (Friday).

Disney Dreams is shown on Thursday evening.

Not sure of the show lineup for the three and four night cruises.

Thanks! That helps with our 'planning'. The last night is so busy! Maybe we can skip the last show to get packed (but I would not want to miss Dreams)!

On the June 12th Eastern Dreams was on Thursday. We did HAVE to miss the last night show to pack, we did not want to...wah! Bags have to be out by 11:00p.m. that night or you take them with you in the a.m. - NOT!

We cruised in mid May (3 day) and Dreams was on the final night. We did go to see it and were so glad we did! It was our favorite show! We left the show as soon as it was over and had plenty of time to pack. I certainly didn't want to carry all of those bags - Yikes!

The reason we may not have enough time on the last night to see the show is our DDs and some friends want to be in the Family Talent show. When I 'agreed' that they could do it, I didn't realize it was between the show and dinner on the last night of the cruise! What a terrible time! The last day is already so crazy.

I have tried (without success) to talk them out of doing it. They have agreed to leave CC early to go back to the ship and help pack. At 4:00 is the rehearsal for the Kid's Club Show, then at 5:00 is the show, then back to the room to dress for the evening and at 6:30 is the Variety Show, at 7:45 is the talent show and at 8:30 is dinner! Then that night is the final Farewell (which is not to be missed)!

Right now, I am 'hoping' the talent show fills up before we make it to the sign up sheet!

Well, perhaps you can start packing those things you know you won't wear or use again as soon as you're through with them. I think I'll do that next time instead of going into full panic mode the night before departure...I was so crazy the last few hours of departure morning that I locked myself out of the stateroom at 5:30 A.M., forgot to pack my little alarm clock, my toothbrush holder, and Cash's Service Dog vest.... (got the vest back...yayyyy). I'll just keep an empty suitcase open on the closet floor and keep filling it... Then you can see the show or do the talent show instead of packing....Wonder if it'll work...?

I am willing to try, but just in case it doesn't work I am glad to know that Dreams is not on the last night.

We did the Western a couple of years ago and the last night was VERY stressful. We unestimated the time we needed to get packed. Hopefully, this time the last night will be enjoyable.
