I was just looking at the newest info and see that Tropicali...and Mexicali...
have been replaced by Pirate Night. How is it? How is the dinner menu? How is the on deck party? Is it jreally just the same as before ( Tropic...and Mexi...)but renamed? Do people "dress up" like pirates? Any info would be great and interesting. Thanks, Bee

Pirate night is fantastic! It starts in the atrium before dinner with the characters dressed up. Many cruisers do dress as pirates and many wear tropical clothes (we did the latter). You get a pirate bandana at dinner and the servers are all dressed as pirates. The menu is good the the desserts are lots of fun.

The deck party is much better than the Tropical night party in my opinion. The hightlight of the night are the fireworks that go off during the party.

It is a not to be missed event.

The dinner menu is a combination of the past menus with some new items added in and a few creative name changes. We had a good time and dinner and everyone was in a fun mood. Few people dressed as pirates but we were on the 8/28 cruise and the change was still fairly new. Many people wore tropical clothing since that still fits.

The deck party was a blast. Great music, costumes, and special effects!
