Recent Crowds for Stitch?

It seemed like when Stitch first opened in December the crowds reported were fairly large. Has anyone been this past week that could report on how the lines have been recently? Are FP's selling out early?

We were there the first week in Jan., the slowest week of all according to some, and we used a FP to see Stitch. The lines we saw filled the covered portion but didn't fill more than one loop of the cattle pen.

We were at MK 2/14, 2/17 and we needed fast pass each time. The line was about a 45 min for those who waited, we just came back in 2 hours, waited about 15 min, and got on. :teeth:

I just returned yesterday. Stitch was VERY crowded all the time with standby waits of up to 80-90 min (on Wed evening). Fastpasses were gone by midafternoon (on a rainy day). Frankly, I don't think it's worth it. When we went, there were small children crying and screaming (absolutely terrified). I was not impressed.

is it a new ride or a show?

Stitch took the place of Alien Encounter in Tomorrowland. It now stars Stitch from the movie Lilo and Stitch. I have not been on it yet, but I hear it is much like the old Alien Encounter, just with Stitch now....

Hope this helps!

We went there on 2/8 and during the day the line-ups were awful. But we headed to it at about 6:20 and the park was closing at 7:00 and everyone was heading to get a good standing area for the wishes and we just walked onto Stitch. My 3 1/2 went on it and laughed the whole time.

I wasn't talking about the scare factor, just the interaction....

Just returned form WDW yesterday... It seemed the lines for Stitch were not so bad late in the evening. We walked right in on about 11pm on a night the MK closed at midnight. However, Friday we went to get a FP for Stitch around 11am and they were gone for the day!!!

I don't know but I've heard that the Stich ride has uncomfortable seats and when stich burps it smells horrible. :faint: :crazy2:  :scared:
