Recent cancellation experience with AirTran?

Does anyone have any recent cancellation stories to share about Air Tran? My friend booked flights for her August Disney trip, but it looks like there is a breakup in process. It looks like his ticket would be non-transferable. If they cancel a round trip ticket, would the fee be $75 or $150, and who would be able to use the credit?

I believe that through Air Tran the fee for 2 passengers would be $150 ($75x2) and the credit would go to the name used to book the tickets. I've had to cancel/change a flight with Air Tran before and that's how it worked. My wife and I do have our own separate checking accounts and credit cards though and since I booked it I got the credit and paid the fee. If it is a joint credit card then I'm assuming it would just go back on the card and they could figure it out.

Best bet would be to have them call and talk to Air Tran though. That's what I did and their customer service wasn't as bad as I had anticipated.
