Recent Budget Rental Experiences

We are planning to use Budget from MCO to Port Canaveral and back for a 7 day cruise Jan 27, what have been the recent experiences using Budget?

We had a fine experience with budget out of Orlando. Few small hiccups. I am cheap and booked the “managers special”. It was a Ram 4x4. They wouldn’t trade it for anything smaller. I learned a lesson that day. I did fine with it, but I would have preferred something smaller. The lady when we dropped it off was very rude and very impatient. I left my glasses in the truck never to be seen again (we called and made several lost reports). Both of the issues I could have prevented. Keys were waiting and ready when we arrived. Truck was basically new and clean. Don’t know if that helps at all!
