the Wonder has been running 6 and 7 night cruises out of Galveston and has not started the 3 and 4 nighters yet. Looks like the first 4-night out of PC is Jan 29th, so you won't see a recent navigator until then.

Does this mean that the 1/29 sailing might be disorganized or not so great? We booked this as our first Disney cruise but didn't realize it would be the first 4 night after dry dock

No. There are plenty of 4 night Navigators from other cruises that could be modeled after for the Wonder. While some of the specifics won't be the same, it'll most likely be fairly similar to those. And there are plenty of old 3, 4 & 5 night Navigators around. A look at those will also be helpful.
