Receiving Mail/Package at BCV

Does BCV charge to receive a package for a guest? How many days will they hold your package for, assuming it arrives before I even check in?

I have shipped items to the resort and they arrived a week before I did. I wanted to make sure it had enough time to get there in case there was an issue with the package.


Remember there is an added fee of $12 to ship to the BCV because it is a convention resort

We shipped christmas gifts to BCV this past December. The package was delivered to the business center and they charged us 5 dollars for handling the package. After we payed for the package they delivered it to our room for us within 10 minutes.

The fee is based on size and weight.
