Receiving Magic Bands

Hello! We're just over 60 days out and wondering when we should be expecting our magic bands. We've gone online and personalized those a couple of months ago. Could someone please enlighten me? The last time we were in Disney, they were just starting to test the magic band and FastPass+ systems.

Log into My Disney Experience and click on Magic Bands. It should tell your date to customize by. They won't ship until after that date. Once that date arrives, that section will be updated with the tracking info. We are 30 days out and ours just shipped.

They don't ship until you're inside 30 days from arrival, regardless of when you customize them.

Typically the last day to customize bands is 30 days out. After that you should get an email saying the information has been sent. It appears the MBs are made in Memphis. The time to receive them should be based on the distance from there.

Our bands shipped at 30 days out and we are leaving in 20 and we received them today by regular USPS mail.
