That’s what member services said. They said he had to wait until he received it in the mail. He is going to Disney and I was hoping he would have it before he left
They couldn’t tell me how long it usually took.
My DD is on our membership but she never created her own DVC account. How would she go about that now (after years of ownership) if member services can't help ?
ETA: She was only 18 and doesn't plan our trips, so I didn't think much of it. But it sounds like this could be a future problem.....?????

Member Administration, which is a separate menu choice on the member line, is the one to contact for logins. They can look up the activation code for any of the various people who are listed on the deed, and can give it to you over the phone. You'll need your deed number when you call.

MA is not taking calls. It’s only emails. But, last year, MS was able to give my son his info via phone to log in because we knew the account had been created
