Received nice letter from Guest Services...

I wrote them a letter about a week ago and told them we were dissapointed they had discontinued the Confisco's character lunch. This was part of their letter I received today from them:

"In regards to your comments about our Confisco's Character Meals, please be advised that our Entertainment Management Team is looking into this matter. They are reviewing it for consideration in the future.

Because you enjoy Universal Orlando, I have enclosed a Universal studios Fan Club card........"


It's probably just a standard response but I thought it was nice they got back to me so quickly!:)
 
That was nice Renee! I hope they do consider bringing back the character meal at Confisco's as well. Our family really enjoyed it in December. I'm just surprised they discontinued it and didnt offer an alternative for the parks. I guess now with 2 hotels offering a character meal they felt that was enough but still think they would bring in more business to that restaurant if they kept the characters...I guess not though :( A fan club card was a nice gesture though in response to your letter:) Good Deal.

What does this UNIVERSAL STUDIOS FAN CLUB CARD entitle you to at USF/IOA? Is this similar to showing your AAA card?Are the discounts the same?:confused:
 
I think the discounts are similar; some discounts on food, merchandise and on site hotel rooms.
