Received my Photopass Ornaments & Cards today

I just received my ornament & Christmas cards. The cards are beautiful & I'm so happy I ordered them! The ornament, however, is so cheap looking that I can't believe Disney actually sells these. I was afraid of that when I ordered it but was hoping it would be nicer than I imagined. I was wrong! It's just like the little porcelain ornaments they sell at Michael's for $0.50 or 1.00.

Just thought I'd share my experience in case anyone was interested.

I would contact the website and let them know that you are not happy with it.Don"t know if they will do anything about it but you wont know an less you do it.

we had the same problem in january with the ornaments - the pictures were squint and they looked a total mess, I was devastated. I emailed and they told me to return them and they would refund me - I said that I didnt want that as I wanted the ornaments re-done and I also stated that I was very disapointed that I was having to pay additional postage costs becuase of their poor quality (we are from Scotland in the UK). I asked for my concern to be raisd to a manager, a few days later I got an email saying 2 new ornaments were being sent out free of charge. The replacements were a million times better, however I wouldnt recomend that anyone buy them as I was still really disapointed as Im sure we could have went elsewhere and got better value
