Received My Dues Today

We own at BWV and I found the dues a little high. I must admit I am too lazy to go to check what we paid last year- just wondering if anyone else found that they had gone up.

Dues at all the resorts have gone up due to increased employee benefits costs and decreased investment returns.

BWV went from $4.1084 to $4.2515 per point, about a 3.5% increase. Also 2003 taxes were short .029 per point, so there is an additional tax amount due rather than the usual credit.
