Received closing documents how much longer?

I just received my closing documents for boardwalk villas.Im excited. how much longer from here? What do u think will be available for fall travel or early December? Will grand Floridian be open yet?

Resales start to finish average around 75 days. Disney has added additional delays by now mailing the buyers account info to them instead of giving it out on the phone.

Once you and the seller return the documents, they will close the contract. It is going to be dependent on how long it takes the seller to return their documents.

We got ours around March 5th and our sellers sent their back quickly and we closed on March 14th. We are still waiting to see the contract loaded and points into my account.


We started the process on January 27th so not quite 2 months yet.
