Received a pin code & now I can't enter it

I entered it yesterday when I received it just to see what the price would be. But now I'm seriously thinking about it but it wouldn't let me enter the # again. I can put my name & zip code in but not the #. Can I only enter it once, so now I'm screwed?

Also yesterday when I looked up the price it came back saying that as a family of 5 my only option is a Deluxe. But when I put in a part of 5 w/out the code I'm able to book a Value. The pin code is for any resort. Anyone have a suggestion why.

I have never entered a PIN online so I don't know if it only allows you to quote prices once. But I cannot imagine that you cannot use it now - worst case is that you will have to call to apply it.

As far as availability of a Value vs. Deluxe -Availibility is limited for PINS - it may be that there are no Values available using your PIN code. So while there may be availability at a Value for the general public - your only option, for a family of 5, using your PIN code, is a Deluxe.

yes, i had the same problem, but it WOULD let me enter it and then acted like it was going to work and before i could even put in room type, date, # of people, etc.... it said no rooms/ dates available for your time or party size ". I DIDNT EVEN GIVE ANY INFO AT ALL! Something must be wrong, must need to CALL it in JUST to check for prices, thus CLOGGING up phone lines for people who actually are ready to book ! DUH!

Where does it allow you to enter the pincode? I've never seen a place for it.
