Our planning session and menu tasting is coming up in a few weeks and I'm still trying to decide about our menu and what we should taste.
We want to do the 3 hor d'orves option. What hot d'orves did you have that you liked or hated?
What appetizer did you use?
For the meal, we want to do a dual entree plate with filet and chicken. I know that I really want to do the filet from Jiko with the wine reduction... But what chicken dish did you enjoy?
And with the meal, what sides did you like? Any garlic mashed that were yummy or Mac and cheese?
Thanks for your help. Were limited to try 8 items so I wanna make sure we try good stuff to know what we want for our menu. Oh, and it's going to be a lunch reception, but I'm leaning more towards dinner meals.
