I would stay at Grand Floridian if $$$ is not an issue and you want a deluxe.

bc or poly

from the bc you can walk to Epcot and Studio (or boat)

from the polyn you can take the monrail to the MK or walk over to the TTC and take the monrail to Epcot.

both will have kids.

My all time favorite is the Poly. It is beautiful and romantic. However, if we we're going without the kids, I would consider BC because you can walk through the International Gateway. How wonderful to stroll to "france" for dinner and fireworks :lovestruc

If money were not an issue, I would suggest the Yacht Club. It doesn't seem to have too many kids (if you are trying to avoid a lot of screaming & running down the halls). DH and I stayed at BCV last year and absoultely loved it minus the million kids. We walked around the Yacht Club and Grand Floridian and said we will definitely stay there sometime in the future. The pool at the YC is shared with the BC. It's by far the best pool at WDW!:cloud9:

Pick the theme you like and go with it. One is as nice as another, really. :)

The one and only trip DH and I made alone, we stayed at Wilderness Lodge. He's more a WL kind of guy. We were thisclose to staying in the Ft. Wilderness cabins, but the WL just has a little more to offer (even though the cabins are nice and quiet.)

When I go with friends, I almost always end up at the Poly. It isn't my favorite, but everyone else likes it best. And I love laying out at the quiet pool and listening to that music. :cloud9:

My favorites are AKL and the Beach Club. I used to give BC the nod, but now AKL is more my style. That's my favorite.

You just have to go with what you like. You can't go wrong.

...unless you pick the Contemporary. IMO, that place is horrible and the WRONG choice - especially for romance. It's just a terrible hotel.
