Recapping the winter of 2025-2026 for central FL

Hi everyone, I have seen several posts over the last few months about the weather, and especially a few of the crazy cold days. As a former NOAA meteorologist, I do a couple of weather Substacks, including one on WDW/central Florida weather. For meteorologists, winter ended yesterday with the end of February (I know it's not officially Spring yet, but meteorologists use December to February to define winter for climate tracking purposes).
