Is it possible to rebook a room after i had cancelled it with the bounceback discount i had on it?

Unfortunately, no. A bounce back offer can be modified but once is it cancelled it is gone. This holds true for GP and PIN offers. If you book and modify fine, but if you cancel and try to rebook once they expire no go. Sorry...

The pp is correct. Once you cancel a BB reservation (or any reservation that was booked with a discount and the discount has expired), it's gone and there's no getting it back with that discount.
