Sorry to post this, have no one else to talk to, have just found a lump, am very scared, its probably just a blocked milk gland or something but am worried.. waiting for doctors surgery to call me back with an appointment, please reassure me its nothing, not to worry etc..

I don't have any advice for you, sorry. But I just wanted to send you some Pixie dust.

A couple of years ago I found a lump in my groin but it turned out that I had Glandular fever. I hope it is nothing to worry about

You are right it is probably nothing but you are doing the right thing getting it checked out ASAP.

I'd say try not to worry but of course you will. Just hope that they get back to you with an appointment soon.

Most of the time lumps are just cysts or blocked glands and even if it is something more serious then you have done the right thing going to doctors asap. I hope everything goes well at the doctors.

How very sensible of you to go and get it checked straight away. More than 9 out of 10 breast lumps are cysts so you have statistics as well as your youth on your side, but I'm sure you won't stop worrying until you hear it's ok.

hope all went well with your dr today. If you are still concerned at all or feel that the dr has not listened or brushed you off at all then dont be afraid to ask for a second opinion.
