REAS package

Okay, I finally got a real live person on the phone at Disney and was able to add the reas package. We are as of today 30 days from our cruise. October9,magic. She was trying to explain about the palo priority seating and that someone would call to make the spa appointments. I was so confused about this and wonder since I have added the package should I call Debbie and make the appointments. What exactly is included? Thanks,Mary

When I called today and asked if I would be able to bring a soft cooler on board for my 5 year olds Pediasure(dietary supplement recommended by our pediatrician for poor weight gain) She suggested that I get a medical clearance form as coolers were not permissable. she even suggested that I pour it over ice so as not to need a cooler. When I explained that was not an option that is when she suggested the form so we can carry on the cooler. So I guess they are really getting strict with that. Mary

Mary - the REAS package includes a wonderful welcome basket in your room with champagne, chocolates, a photo album, etc. - you get a couples massage at Vista - which you can pre-book so you don't have to go through the hassle of running to get reservations when you board - you get advance ressies at Palo and the $10 per person fee for Palo is included in the REAS package so you don't have to pay that - romantic turn-down service the night you go to Palo and a champagne room service breakfast for whatever morning on the cruise you choose!

I did this as well - I am really looking forward to it. I would just phone Debbie directly at (407) 566-7411. When I rebooked my cruise the other day, they told me someone would call me about changing my REAS reservations on the new sailing date, but I just called Debbie and she took care of it right away! She's WONDERFUL!

maryray, we are on this cruise too!! I say call Debbie today. As the cruise gets closer, I think the times become limited. I have had my times booked for about two months now. I no longer have Debbie's number, but if you like I will look it up and PM you the number (I don't like giving out personal numbers on-line).

You get PS for a Palo dinner and as a courtesy one for the brunch and high tea. You also get a gift basket with chocolates, champagne, and a photo album. A couples spa treatment, champagne breakfast in bed, and a romantic turndown the night of your Palo dinner. I don't think I forgot anything.

Hopefully there will be no more hurricanes to worry about and our beautiful CC will be up and running again.
