I apologize for wasting your time.

Here's the story: My boss came up to me, the department Disney expert, and asked if her kids could go through the fast pass line if the don't have park tickets (her triplets will be 2 when they go). I said yes, as long as they're with someone who does have a park ticket. She said, "So if I had like, 10 kids under three we could all get into the ride?" I said yes... but now I'm second guessing myself.

Kids under 3 can go through the fast pass line on (certain) rides without having a fast pass, right?

I mean, yeah. As long as there are enough adults with them since they wouldn't be allowed to ride alone.

agree with other posters - each adult with those 10 kids 3 and under would need a fastpass.

If they are young enough to not need a park ticket then they can go with their parent or guardian as needed, even into a Fastpass line. The adults will all need to have a Fastpass though. The children that young must ride with someone over 14, so that would have to be accommodated.

As PPs said the children do not need fastpasses but anyone over 3 riding will need one. You'll need quite a few extras for 10 under 3s too as under 7 can not ride with out someone over 14 with them.

Still trying to wrap my head around how you could end up with 10 kids under the age of 3.

I mean, I get it from a purely mathematical perspective (although I'm not sure a mom who had quads/triplets/triplets in the span of 36 months would still be standing, let alone bringing all 10 to WDW by herself), or alternatively, I guess if all 10 weren't hers, she could be the nicest person in the world and could volunteer to take all of the neighborhood toddlers to WDW.

That being said, if they're all under 3, how would you get around the park?

You could stuff one into a Bjorn on the front and one into a baby knapsack on the back, but you still need to account for the other 8. 3 in a stroller? That leaves 5. One sitting on the top of your head like a Carmen Miranda fruit basket? That still leaves 4. What do you do with the other 4??? I guess you could treat the stroller like a clown car, and just shove the last 4 in there - they'd be so tightly packed that there would be little danger of them falling out.

I'm obviously putting way too much thought into this...

They have quad strollers that are about the size of a double they are just longer in the front.

With the old turnstiles I had to watch a mom put a 3 seater over the turnstile because it didn't even fit through the wheelchair/stroller entrance. It was three across instead of 1 in front of the other. She was originally told it wasn't allowed but then management said if she could lift it up and over unassisted then she could bring it in.

Carmen Miranda fruit basket! HAHAHA I love it! :joker:

I'm thinking there would need to be enough adults so that none of those 10 kids would be riding alone.

Yep. We were behind a family of four. My husband and I thought they were with the older couple in front of them but they weren't. This was at Toy Story Mania. My mind didn't function at that point since all the kids were under the age of seven. Once we got to the loading platform and the family was asked how many, the dad answered "four" and then the Cast Member saw the make up of the party and asked the ages of the kids. When told, the Cast Member said that they dad could ride with one child but the others would have to be escorted out. I didn't really hear all of it because my wonderful husband tapped the dad on the shoulder and said "would you mind if your kids rode with us?". So, dad rode with one son, my husband with one son and me with the daughter.

That was really nice of you! We currently have 4 4 and under. So far we've been able to do 2 kids with each parent, but I foresee this issue in the future.

We had 3 under 7 when we went last.. 2 of them were close enough (6.5) that they let them ride together, and either me Or DH would ride with the little. Or we could split 2/2. Dumbo though they let 1 of our 6 yr olds ride with the 5 yr old, and the other 6 yr old alone.. Lol I don't know how or why, but they did.

There is a big difference between 3 under 7 then 10 under 3. First of all, it's practically a miracle and second one would have to be brain dead to travel to WDW if they had 10 kids under 3. I am more curious as to the reason for the question worded that way. Sounds strange. :scratchin

Best post of the day!!!!!

Just from a common sense approach, she must've been either planning a birthday celebration or was planning on taking relatives.. C'mon, there is no way all 10 kids would solely belong to her. Maybe she's part of a MOM's (Moms Of Multiples) group that was planning a trip. Maybe they're close enough(I'm guessing) that they can just hop in the car(s) and go.
Multiple adults would have to be involved. What vehicle, besides a bus, would even fit 10 car seats for 3 and younger?

Y'all really believe all 10 kids are hers? LMAO

:rotfl2:You guys are cracking me up! To clarify, she does have triplets, but she was over exaggerating when asking about the ten kids because she was trying to figure out how Disney can match fast pass times with how many people go into the line without fast passes... something like that. It's too early in the morning to make sense. :D

WayTooExcited - you can tell your boss that I've solved her problem. She can load up 2 of these and push one with each arm! No more will a toddler have to be strapped to her head like a suitcase on the luggage rack of my Volvo.

I'm a big enough person that I can bring myself to apologize for earlier doubting how one mom could deal with 10 kids under 3 in the park.

Just FYI, I took my 4 and 2 year old this April on 7DMT, they let my 4 and 2 year old ride together in front of me. I rode by myself right behind. Now my 2 year old was fixing to be 3 in a few days but I was concerned about how we would go about it. The CM said as long as they were in front instead of behind me it was fine. Obviously, not 10 kids but for logistics for others with small kids, this is one way it would work!
