I am hoping a fellow Dis-er will come to my rescue...My family wants to try the Batter Blaster pancake mix that comes in a can similar to whipped cream, but it is not available in my state (NJ). Here is where the website (www.batterblaster.com) said it is currently available:

At this time, Batter Blaster is available in the following states:
AZ, CA, NV, OR, WA and in Meijer Store’s in IL, IN, KY, MI, OH.

If anyone would be kind enough to help me out and ship me 1 package, I would send you payment in advance via money order and will gladly pay for express shipping (it would have to be kept cold). If anyone out there would be willing, simply PM me with info.

And if anyone has tried this, let me know your thoughts.

Thanks!!

Sorry can't help you, but my son would eat one cans worth of pancakes all by himself. Never heard of this before.

They have these at our Costco, but they are in the refrigerated section. I did not read the cans, but it seems they may require refrigeration. Next time I'm at Costco I'll look.

I went to their web site and it does state it should be kept refrigerated at 45 or lower, so someone shipping it to you might ruin it. Also, I don't kmow the price, but it will make 8 serviings of 1/4 cup each, so it is the equivilant of two cups of batter (if it will all come out).
