Really easy cooking question!!????

Can I use margarine (lite blue bonnet) to fry an egg? If not can I just use Pam? Feel free to laugh at me while you answer

Yes you can use margarine, or pam. I prefer bacon grease though

Thank you both. I wasn't sure. On the side of the box it says not for baking, so I wasn't sure if it would not work for frying either! I can only call my mother and my boyfriends mother so many times a week, and the DIS would never let me down

Can't use it for baking because it isn't as dense as stick margarine and won't measure the same. I know this because I tried it once

I'd use Pam - I don't think I've fried up eggs in anything else since it was invented - much healthier, and tastes just fine.
