Is there a site that releases disney promotions news?

I got an email from Disney about the special room rates promotion they are having through 3/7/15. But it looks like others knew about that before the email. Is email the best way to hear about promotions like that? Or is there a blog or website with insider or real time news somewhere?

I want to be the first to hear about free dining for next summer/fall
