Member services is for reservations, etc. Member accounting and member administration are for contracts, dues, etc.

So, it is not member services that has shortened hours, it is the other divisions.

The website has a 'Contact us' page which outlines hours and what can be done at each division. It's pretty helpful in identifying whoever one might want to contact.

I remember the days when you didn't talk to anybody after 5pm on business weekdays. I don't often call but had to add a dining plan using a gift card, so called yesterday as you don't have that option online.

That's when I noticed they are now open until 9pm for vacation help, not business help. I think that's awesome.
