I was watching an infomercial for the new FIRM workout with the new step system. It was sooo convincing that I was ready to buy it and I have the old system in the basement!!!

I belong to a gym but haven't gone so I was thinking of doing the FIRM again. I am doing WW but off track for this week because I am traveling.. but next week I will do it again. I would like to get on track with the FIRM again.

SO tell me your real life FIRM success stories... motivate me!
 
dmickey28, we have a firm thread that us ladies start every month and tell what we did for our workout. We also share what we've eaten and encourage each other.

I started the firm and did SBD/Atkins and since last Jan. lost 60 pounds. I've gone from a 14W to a 2. I know that the firm helped me shape and tone. Come on over to the thread and post your question. I'm sure the ladies will give you all the info you need!

I love the new FIRM box. Its so great!!

I've lost almost 50lbs using the FIRM and WW's. The FIRM is so much fun and really works at increasing your strength and stamina.

Like Mel and Sheree, I'm a big FIRM fan, and lost 110 lbs. using healthy eating/portion control and consistent exercise. I began exercising to the WATP tapes, then progressed to The FIRM. I now use FIRM/Cathe Friedrich workouts to maintain my weight loss and build cardio capacity, strength and endurance. I absoloutely LOVE the new TransFIRMer Series--it's my favorite out of all of them! Please feel free to stop by our check-in anytime! :) :) :)
 

I know many of the ladies that are featured on the FIRM infomercials from being a member of other fitness boards. Many of them have used the FIRM for years and maintained their physique so yes it really does work.

You just need to make sure you are consistent and that you rotate your workouts and you watch your diet. I have had a lot of success over the years mixing my workouts with the FIRM tapes, Cathe Friedrich, Joyce Vedral, Power 90, and others. Lots of folks go back and forth. I think it's good to rotate your workouts to continually challenge your body. You could do this with different programs or by mixing your FIRM workouts.
