Hey everyone! I am new to this thread, BUT , have some NJ housewives gossip to share!!!

As they say in NJ, everyone knows someone who knows someone, and in true NJ fashion, I know someone who knows both Dina and Caroline.....

A friend of mine happens to be a realtor with the company that Caroline owns. She is a broker in Totowa NJ and they did not highlight that on the show for some reason....but she is a RE broker and agent here in NJ and owns the co...

Theresa's shore house is in Beach Haven West, NJ which is in my part of the woods. It is very modest. Nothing flashy but it does stand out b/c they did add on to it and it has stone-stucco on the outside which doesn't really fit the neighborhood...

Theresa is also NOT in her big mansion yet. They owe over $400,000 to contractors and can not get a C.O. until the liens are paid off.

My friend said Caroline and Dina are really awesome women. The whole " *****" personna is totally for the show. They get 50 k each for the show and are negotiating for more for season 2.

WHATTTT! So all that moving in with new furniture and her one DD getting all unpacked............hmmm..........now that I think about it, there really wasn't all that much furniture in the house. The garage looked packed with her furniture.
AND I am going to assume that Theresa's party in the finale was held at a restaurant BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT ALLOWED IN HER MANSION YET.....ohhh...my. I thought that was just so odd she wanted a party BUT not in her one million square foot house................
