I think if Theresa dealt with the 250lb drunk weight attached to her she would be a better person. She needs to remember the time when her oldest daughter asked her father about his whereabouts the night before. She needs to stop worrying about Melissa and Joe. Stop trying to mess up a happy home just because she's miserable in hers. I don't think its jealousy. I think she's just miserable. It can get very uncomfortable painting that fake smile on her face day in and day out.
I guess what bothers me about this show vs. others this is family. To me, the whole world (me included) will trash and psychoanalyze their lives. I get it. For your family to do it, on TV is just hard for me to watch. The way Rich and Kathy trash Teresa and Joe not just to the immediate family but to friends is horrible. I remember last season watching as Joe Gorga and Melissa attended a dinner party with Melissa's sisters and friends. I almost vomited (hyperbole

You may be absolutely 100% correct about your assessment of Teresa and her Joe - but her family (and now 'friends') appear to bask in her misery. It just seems if your family doesn't have your back - who will? It appears that Teresa is out there by herself (some of this is her own fault). In my opinion because she is the break out of that group of women. If you look at all of the Housewives the breakout appears to be the most hated of the groups. They always have to defend their EVERY move.
