Also - how does one break their back during childbirth? I can't even imagine!

Did she say it happened during birth? My memory is saying she broke her back while pregnant and had to give birth while having a broken back...am I not remembering it correctly?

I wonder if there is a lawsuit pending and Bravo had to mute that part out because of it. Wish they just wouldn't have shown any of it if that is the case. But I guess showing it and muting it makes for good tv and keeps the viewers watching. Reality shows are all about the drama and there is a lot more of it since Brandi entered the scene. I felt bad for Kyle and Mauricio that this all went down during the launching of his new business, in front of clients and co workers. What a scene.

Could be - I think I was just so horrified at the thought of it happening at all!

I'm sure I'll watch the episode at least 3 more times before Monday when it reruns so I'll be able to let you know!

I have the show on DVR and will watch it again or see it when Bravo plays again but I was waiting for the big "thing" to come out and when Brandi told the girls, I don't remember any of them looking surprised. None of them questioned what Brandi said and anyone in Adrianne's corner did not call Brandi a liar or ask her how she knew, they just seemed to all accept it.

I also DVR'd WWHL but I didn't watch it last night so will maybe go watch soon but I'm disappointed nothing came up about it. Andy is a producer isn't he? If so, maybe he can't say anything either.

Paul and Adrianne did not look surprised either in what Brandi was saying so they both knew whatever the secret was and Adrianne was more calm than Paul, which is becoming such a little washwoman himself. I use to really like him, but so much dislike his personality this season. Funny how these months that we are watching is leading up to their divorce and this is the time they are showing even a smiggen more affection and Paul becoming more vocal.

Poor Mauricio...I cannot believe Kim decided to use her bil's party to tell on Brandi and any real man would not have made that show at his friend's "party" with his business associates.

I liked Yolanda the first few shows but now think she thinks she is better than all. Why does she need to make the comments about others and their drinking and having fun. She knew what everyone was doing but she still decided she needed to say something. Maybe it was her way of saying to them she heard them banging on her ceiling? I can't see how she will stay friends with Brandi either or Kim for that matter. She makes it pretty clear she does not run in the same circles as them. Kim does look better but I think some of her brain is fried, and not just from alcohol. To me, she was getting that meth look or pills but it was definately more than alcohol.

I live in NY and marveled at the Beverly Hills hospital. I wished they showed more. I haven't seen anything come close or clean as that, with the exception of Sloan, which my mother (karensi) is/was a patient (although now she is cancer free)

No way, if this is what Brandy said the reactions would have been more severe. Someone would have told Brandy to be quiet. Taylor would have gone off the deep end. Incest is shocking and the reactions would have been more dramatic. And no one would want it said on camera. Bravo would have cut the whole scene out

I am so mad at myself for getting sucked into this show...this is the only RH I watch, used to watch NY when Bethenny was on. I just love how these ladies don't go to the bathroom without a camera in their face yet seem SHOCKED when something private comes out about them and act all insulted. I need to stop watching.

I don't think Bravo would cut the whole scene out. Part of the scene, but not the entire scene. They make money off drama and this creates drama.

I have slowly stopped watching all the housewives. I only watch this one show because I was sick and it was the only thing on.

Wow! Just watched it. Brandi claims to speak the truth. However, people must speak to others in a way that makes them listen. Truth should be wrapped up in a nice package instead of sprinkled with f bombs.

She may speak a wealth of truth but her poor behavior masks it all.

So, after reading around I'm thinking it is about this surrogate thing. Brandi and Adrienne had a big tiff/falling out/issues, mostly happening after last year's reunions, off camera.

Part of the conversation they were having at the lunch was just Brandi explaining why she feels the way she does about Adrienne. In it, she says that Adrienne is a liar and uses this "comment" to show it. This is how Im reading everything

Brandi and Paul and all chummy now ... But whatever it is can't be such a lie because no one reacts like that over a lie and then go to such lengths to keep it off the air, hire lawyers and threaten to sue!

Also, Kim telling Adrienne just seems really planned and scripted.

Oh, and did anyone else find it "hypocritical" that A&P gets so upset and it all gets editted out but they can yell out that Brandi is a drug addict and terrible mother?

Then again , this is reality , who knows what is real and what is fake.

YOu summed it all up in your last line. I really don't believe a word of it. Funny how Adrienne and Paul were so under the radar for how many seasons? Now all of the sudden she is in the middle of the drama. I think it is mostly all made up for entertainment value. I don't believe a word of it. I watch it and love it, but I don't believe it.

I am thinking it may not be the surrogate thing. When the secret was revealed, everyone was shocked and they said the secret was "really really personal." If she used a surrogate, wouldn't everyone know? I mean they would literally see that Adrienne wasn't pregnant and one day she suddenly had kids? I guess I just don't see using a surrogate as a "huge deep personal private secret." But maybe she took great steps to cover it up and Brandi somehow knows about it? I don't know......
