Ready to make my tshirts - questions

We leave in 33 days so this weekend I want to make our tshirts. Now I have washed the shirts and bought the transfer paper (light since the tshirts are white).

How do I flip the designs? Can anyone give me step by step instructions...not real computer savvy here!

Any hits for printing the transfers? I have never done this so I am a little nervous. Any other pointers? suggestions?

I am so excited and can't wait to do the shirts! Even Grandma and Grandpap want shirts for the trip!
