Good, Bonnie, watched Lion King show on stage on saturday, it was fabulous!

Going back to a heck of a work week tomorrow, im actually working now from my couch! Voluntarily even , to try to be able to trouble shoot problems with this &@@!X"*&#%@@!X new forecasting system!

Got some laundry in the washer now, and think I will take a nap in a little while.

What a day. Hannah is sick again. Fever , upset stomach. She better get this out of her system by the the end of the month or they won't let us on the boat. They don't even know we are going on the cruise yet. They have asked about going to WDW again soon.

I got all the Christmas stuff down today. I didn't put it up in one day but I was determined it was all going today while hubby was home to help. He goes back to work tomorrow. Funny how now one wants to help take it down but they are jumping up and down to put the stuff up.

Kimmie-- are you french. I only know that is French because I saw that on there Advent calender and asked my son to say it in french yesterday

Lil'g-- Is your wife a nurse? Doctor? that she was on call. That is too bad you couldn't spend the evening together. Yes my mind has been on family pics on the boat and what to wear. Even what to wear when we first get on the boat since they take a picture then too.

I just returned from a fun day of shopping. Found some awesome bargains and ended up with 5 pairs of shoes (1 for DF the rest of me). Shhhh don't tell DF

Marita - did you love the lion king show? I'm going in 3 weeks to get my Disney fix - I can't wait to see it.

Yes, Brandt, loved the show! Just be sure not to drink too much ahead of time, the first half alone was 1 hr. 20 minutes long. 15 minuted intermission (yeah, right, with how many thousand women in the audience?). Of course all ladies restrooms had lines a mile long. And in total the show was 2 hours, 50 minutes!!
So, be prepared to cross your legs

Just a quick note before I go to bed. Animal Kingdom day is tomorrow, probably with Epcot afterward.

Marita, sorry I didn't get a chance to get back to you after Off Kilter, but it started raining and they cut their performance short. Jamie wasn't there today, but there was a darn good fiddler instead.

After that, we got some Mickey ponchos and decided
to go (gasp!) off-site for dinner and ended up at Joe's Crab Shack and visited the Walgreen's next door for a different form of Zicam for my cold that has developed into bronchitis. Waahhhh . . .

Hopefully tomorrow will be less hectic now that the last person in our group arrived today.

a little bit of celebratory news.....

The KIDS go BACK to school today!!!! Shhhhh! They think I'm SAD (maybe a little) so silent mental HIGH FIVES all around!!!!!!!!

I promise not to scream WOOO HOOOO and dance my 80's white mama dance till they are halfway down the driveway It is a GOOD day!!!

Also get my dogs back out of the POKEY later as soon as the Animal Shelter opens! YAY!!!!

Thanks for all the well wishes for my DD. She seems better today. At least for now anyway. She is playing that is a good sign.

Grammy-- That is excatly what I am doing my windows are open. I might freeze a little but if it gets the germs out. Actually we still have no snow. It was really windy last night though. Sun is shining today.

Our kids are still home this week. They only got out on Dec.22 so they get this week too. Hubby is back to work though.

Moo -- Sorry to here your cough isn't getting better. Hoping for better weather for you.

Marita -- You are a night owl. How long did you nap?

Minnie-- Your stores were open yesterday? Ours were all closed for New Years day. I'm with Marita I am lucky if I own 5 pair of shoes. Probably own more if I worked outside the home.

Twinkie-- Thanks for turning the page. I think the time will go very fast. I havent' even told the kids yet. Mind you I have a Mickey sticker on that day. Hannah is curious she told her dad Mickey was on the calender. He told her we were going to McD's that day. To that she said hurray.

They are calling for snow here mid January. We haven't had much yet. We better not get a major storm when we have to go. I want it to snow when we are gone not before.

I just put out my snowman flag. The Valentine's one doesn't come out until Feb 1st. Even though that is what you are seeing in the stores right now.

Hi everyone,

Boy, what a cold, miserable day today. Raining all day. The weather forecasts were wrong!!!!!!!!!! Poor Moo, hope they made the best of it!

I have to honestly say, I have never worried about what decorations to put up in January, LOL. Or any other month of the year, except for Christmas (well, I don't worry about Christmas, I know what to put up).

My Christmas stuff is still up, and unless DD is finding some time on her hands tomorrow (for $$, of course!), they will stay up till the weekend.

I should be working some more, but I am tired and starving. Think I will rustle up some grub, something nice and hot!
