MEL (!!). That story was, um, yeah. Creepy. To the max. I have a morbid fascination with true crime and things like that just brings it all a bit too close to home, no? **Shudder** It's very much (kind of?) like the time when I was in 3rd (4th?) grade and I dodged being kidnapped on the way home from school. The next day(s), my family used me as bait. I kid you not. A male family member (including 2 cops) was strategically placed on each corner just waiting for the guy to give it another shot. He didn't. Thankfully.

Ok. Shaking it off....

Did someone (sher(idac)!!!!!!) ask for a treat? Well, ask and ye shall recieve, madam. But first, I feel compelled to explain.
This is superspecial(ish) because it falls into the "getting to know you" category. A glance at my avatar you'll know that I adore the Gorillaz. I even own the superspecialremarkablyexpensivelimitededition toys. 'Nuff said. So, without futher ado, I present, my beloveds:

Mel- Creepdillydooda! That is a Halloween story! Have you ever read A Good Man Is Hard To FInd by Flannery O'Conner? It is a short story, and one that is permanently etched in my memory about how fate puts one in harms way or not, and sometimes merely making the wrong turn, can place one right in the path of a madman.

Sid, I too have a ghoulish fascination with crime, perhaps how I ended up studying psychopathology....I do not like soy lattees however.

We were supposed to take our ski boat out on the lake today for its maiden voyage. Someime between last October to today, one of our munchkins, we believe Stitch, aka Jack, took said keys and perhaps buried them as a squirrel does nuts, or a dog a bone. Thus we were landlocked! Ah the antics of the wee!

Hope all is well. Mel, lala, Zoob, I mean Leftie, was at the Spice Shop last night for quite some time.

Chappie, what the heck with the once a day post? We are not multivitamins.

I am this. Does everyone know that by now.

And where are pooh and hoop? Was the vineyard a barrell full of fun, too much? tee hee

I'm touched by all the mad props -- it would probably mean even more if I knew what a "prop" was, and why it was so angry, but I've just learned not to question these things. BTW, Horsey, love the theme song -- well done on that choice. Nice pics Mel -- next time, just use the protective plastic bubble for Tommy -- would probably be safer anyway. Just make sure to punch a few airholes in it and you'll be good to go. Hope everyone is enjoying their Memorial Day holiday -- please remember, though, if you're drinking, refrain from operating heavy machinery. My PSA for today.

Loved your story, Sheridac! It was sweet without being too much. No need to take my insulin. To borrow a phrase from W, you're a gem.

I wasn't so much creeped out by Mel's story as I was concerned for her safety. Mel you need better friends. You should post more of your personal information on the internet and see who shows up. Might be safer than hanging out with people you know from childhood.

NicoleMarie, I agree with you. We loved Typhoon Lagoon also. There was a really cool CM there, but I can't remember his name either. Maybe started with an S? He was one of the CMs that make Disney, Disney.

Don't know how I keep missing LaLa. She's never around when I am. And I keep gaining weight. I need a good puke story. Maybe Lou can post some more creepy pictures.

Easily, I'm spending more time in the spice shop then on these sillly boards lately. Anyone else finding that's true? I can't even step a toe on the TR Board anymore without just getting sad.

Not that I'm abandoning the Boards. I'm not. But as you know, I manage my internet time and since there's only so much time I can spend, I reckon I'll spend more at the spice shop. I kind of enjoy the immediacy of the communication. Plus all my friends are there. It's like Sunset Grill.
