sour cream
salt
cumin
dash chili powder
dash garlic powder

if it for the Super Bowl, I also mash in cream cheese.

It's gone quicker than I can make it.

I'm in on the red onions. Finely minced. As Chap mentioned, so it won't be overly crunchy. Oh. And I like my avocados sort of chunky. Not pureed.
