Tried to recreate this this weekend (Tonga Toast). Didn't do it exactly, but it was still sooo yummy! And I was tired of pictures of pork products.

Sorry, tried to get smaller pics I'm not the picture posting expert around here. Just trying to get to the woo hooty!

And by the way, the tonga toast is fabulous. Couldn't recreate it at home, basically b/c I'm cooking-challenged, but I made Bananas Foster (very easy, obviously without the ice cream and I eliminated the rum), and put the bananas between 2 pieces of french toast, poured the sauce on top of the sandwich, and sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar. FANTASTIC!

I was going to text Sheri to tell her that we are almost at pg. 1000 and I had a voice mail from her! I must have been outside when she called. She was in Italy and they had a great time today. I can't wait to see the pics!
