Ok , YAK you can stop missing me, cause I am back.

I left to go on a crash diet. I went to a mall or 2 and left all my bucks there So I am feeling way lighter, and the kid will be looking extra spiffy in kindergaten.

Loved all the disco tunes. Who doesn't love Donna Summers? And back in the day I could actually WALK in those shoes. And most of you know that my mode of dress(or lack there of) can really stir up a Company Christmas party. Yeah, I love me some Disco

Keep an eye on the sky.

Hello all. Happy Weekend!

I have been sewing like a madwoman this weekend. Have 2/3 of Wesley's stuff done, but my house is a disaster area. That's what happens when the kids run wild while I sew.

Okay, Tink and Amy, we've had two promotion/raises in the last 24 hours. Which of you is gonna make it three?!?

Sadly, it shall not be me. Got the letter yesterday. I am also, quite strangly, not very disappointed. I fear that had I been blessed with the job, then I would not have been blessed with much time to DIS anymore. One does have one's priorities. And the raise wasn't THAT much. Soooooo. I'm still around!!!! (What I AM disappointed about is that I had promised myself a new camera if I got the job, and now I can't justify it, dang it! Although, that is a pretty bad reason to want a new job.)

PPG ~ I did not intentionally take your buddy away. If I did, it was because someone was complaining that they didn't know WHO their buddy was. I think.

I have bumped everyone to page one, turned the page for Nab (when is Nab returning to work) and checked on which was lonely, and checked on Sid (who is still MIA on SOI). So with that I will sniff the chunky paper one more time behind the shed and head off to sleeeeeeeeeeeeep, cause yesterday I overdosed on coffee, if that is indeed possible.

Plus my girl got no new shoes so I might have to add that to my list of things to do in the AM before returning to the estate.

DWATS that Kool-aid (ok, I actually have no idea what that means, but she made me use that word). I innocently asked my wife what the DISers would recommend for carrying junk in the parks and she signed me up so I could post my own question.
