You didn't give this girl enough time. I KNEW Ebbie's given name. That's one of my all-time favorite movies!

Chris, BACK HAIR?? Hope it's not Regis'. Or Gelman's. I think I'm happy to be at work now. So, thanks.

Grammy, you are inspiring me. I am trying to diet, as of today. I don't drink coffee. Just NOW having my 1st cup of tea. BUT, I made a batch of my South Beach mini-quiches and have eaten a couple of those this morning. Have roasted veggies for lunch.

And Jami, sent you an e-mail. I heard a rumor that we may be even more Borg than we think!

Hi Kimmie!

Amy, you work too hard, girl. Good thing you are going on vacation soon!! :teeth:

And, forgot earlier, to welcome CrashDad (I do like the Crash nickname!) Like Chris said, anything but a fanny pack! I vote for backpack, but you could always take a murse, if you prefer.
My bad, Ash. And, yes, that is one of my fave movies, too. . .well, it's in my Top 20, at least. :thumbsup2

To answer Crash's original question, I vote for backpack. . .can hold plenty of stuff, easy to carry (if a bit hot), and the Fanny Pack Fashion Police (led by President Sher) won't hunt you down and sic a rooster on you. . .

You're most welcome. Any time!!! :teeth:

yummy, mama like. I throw 'shrooms in there sometimes too, tfi.

Actually, if you're around when the dancing starts, you'll probably be holding a lot of purses.

Just sayin'. :teeth:

Hi Kimmie!

Hi Susan! :wave2:

Is Jay a Pats fan? Are you? Did you know there is a game on Sunday of our meet trip? Do you know that Doug is trying to make us go to ESPN to watch it? Are you kidding me? I love the Pats too, but on our NO KIDS WEEKEND AWAY??? Hello? Not to mention kickoff is mere minutes before our ADR for Le Cell. Yep. :faint:

You are correct! Clever plot, superb direction, excellent attention to details, and has a cameo by one of my favorite singers. . .of all time. . .(SUPERSTAR!) :dancer:

Amy! You ROCK!! Sorry/Glad about the job. You know what I mean!! Good weekend for us, how about you?

Slight moment of panic LAST weekend... we saw Madagascar (which we do not recommend). Wesley decided he wanted to be the "little squirrel". For Halloween. WHAT?? But it was, thankfully, only a MOMENT of panic. He is back to Prince Phillip. He has a little cold so we stayed home from church yesterday. He watched Sleeping Beauty. And since we had forgotten to keep his splint on him all weekend, he was able to REALLY fight the dragon, correctly, for the first time since the broken arm incident. He was very pleased with himself. And we have him convinced that Santa will indeed deliver his Prince Phillip costume in time for Halloween. :wizard: (It's all a part of the Disney magic, wouldn't you say?)

In arm news, he goes to the dr today, hopefully for the all clear. That is what we are expecting, anyway.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Woohoo! A double dip! Just to say, I'm off to hit the little white ball, though in my case, that means lots of chasing it into the trees, water, and such. Guess I gotta get back in time. . .;)

Thanks all for the invite, the kool-aid must be strong stuff. I am already looking at these DISboards againg. By the way "The Crash" nickname comes from where I work which is funny when customers hear it. You see I'm an avionics tech. and aircraft customers are nervious sort sometimes. The truth is that things have a way of falling on me. Just ask Javamom she will injoy the stories much more than me.
Thanks againg,

Crash...aka E.....aka ????

E!!!!

Oh dear.

I don't want to have to flag you.

Since you're earning your ears and all.

WAIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH!!!

BTW, BTW~

This is by FAR the funniest email that I have received in a while...

1- Go to www.Google.com

2- Type in Failure

3- Look at the first listing and laugh at what comes up first

4- Tell other people before the people at Google Fix it

:lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:
That is wrong on sooooo many levels!!!!

And AG is still NOT President :lmao: :lmao: which is funnier to me :teeth:

Mornin' All!

YAK is a little under the weather today. Nasty migraine last night.....but I'm doing fine now. I think it was from watching the Emmy's.

Good thing I didn't watch Reeeeg & Kelly - that might have knocked me right back into it!

BG - We'll be hopeful that that nasty storm makes a hard right out into the Atlantic!

Kimmie -
WHAT am I DOING???

I'm quite confuzzled.

I hope you're OK - just don't hurt yourself!

You too Ash - with the TGM thing. We'll put you on the right path!

Grammy - glad you're back! :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

Amy, Rhonda, Sher, Sleepy, and anyone else who is below the scroll....

Now, Crash - Welcome to M2! :moped:

Here is a suggestion for you:

I believe it works much better shirtless too. :teeth:

Or this one if you like the true "fanny" look:

crazypattern_fanny.jpg

Or you can always borrow mine - which btw holds a 6 pack of your beverage of choice:

fanny-pack.jpg

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Have a good day!

Later, mater, taters!

So, DS9 decided that he needed a pruse only a guy kind you know, a Man Bag.

Took him to Target yesterday to find out what he was thinking a Man Bag is and I found out that he means a fanny pack.

What are the rules concerning Man Bags, er fanny packs on children at the meet? Does he have to ride in a different boat? Can he still get a FastPass? GaKitty or Sher can you please clarify?

Thanks

Great Job, Amy!!! Very well put, and I agree. Even though you never really put down a decisive opinion. I'm reeeaaaalllly good at being indecisive. :teeth:

Chris, :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: THAT made my day! So who did that? Does it have to be someone who works at Google? Whoever it is, kudos to them!!!!

And, Rhonda, great get on the BTTF. I was having trouble figuring that one out. I agree with ya, D. That's another great one. But, really, only the 1st. Like so many other sequels (except maybe Toy Story 2), the quality declined with each new rendition.

Thanks, too, for the "no interpreter" observation. Jami had me fearful of Rhonda's accent, but she was clear as a bell to me!! Such a sweet little voice...... Mark sounded JUST how I "pictured" him! I even got a "hee hee"!!!

Well, Steph and Sher pulled me into the debate about EDIT-QUETTE over on Steph's TR:
My Answer to the Question

So There.

Nice job, Amy. You teeter diplomacy well. I think we can make editing optional on TRs, but that's just me.

You people have got to know a backpack beats a fanny pack on every level of the game. And the murse? In the south folks might take you out back if you carry one.

ATTENTION

On the subject of edits, please go to today's riddle, page 2 post 19 by Sheri, who DID NOT EDIT

Hurry cause she is not on line and she will RUN to fix it!!!!
