I'm coming out of lurkdom, and admitting, I've lurked, and laughed, and contemplated posting a couple of times...

My real name is Sandy, and I'm a mess!! I get into trouble from time to time, so I've avoided the community board!!

I'm a mess because I have 2 boys, oldest turns 21 on Friday and the middle 18... both are leaving me!! :cry: They both are heading off to college - they are hard of hearing, my soon to be 21 went to a local community college (long story)... to top that off...my dh left me!! He had to go out of town.. TODAY, wont be back to SAT - the day the boys need us to take them to the most crowded place on earth!! COLLEGE MOVE In Day!! I'm going crazy!!

We planned a trip well before the free dining plan - we went last year during the free dining plan and I hated the heat and the crowds, but so loved the Food and Wine fest, I was led to believe the week before would be less crowded So we're going... to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary

Is all that TOO MUCH INFORMATION????

PS Georgia about those crocs....

Have you checked Payless? I have bad plantar fascia (bone spur in the heel) and I think I started the whole croc trend in our town... used to be hard to find them, but at the mall yesterday (wasnt there last week, *I* know!!) they had a little kiosk of croc only - and they carry toddlers - as did the Hallmark store - the hallmark store didnt have good colors and sizes however -

Lets see oh the Payless Airwalks are made of the same resin material, and they carry camoflege (sp??) crocs - I bought dd the baby blue crocs, but they work on little boys -

I'll go check the one website that carries crocs, if I find it i'll come back and post!!

do a search for "crocs" when the page comes on click on "Childrens' (any color) then select the size and color and see what they have - I clicked and they had a size 3 in Navy - but wasnt sure if that was a "toddler" size???

Not sure if this code still works code (ICE7463) as well as registering on their site for a 10% off - they had free shipping - anyway IF the codes work, you can get crocs delivered free for $20!!

At the mall they have the store "Journeys" (which I never paid attention to until they got crocs!! Its more of a .... skateboard dude store!! ) Anyway, they carry the new girlie shoes!!

Ok here's the deal strommers.

I am requesting prayers and pixie dust.

I have come to the conclusion that this sickness that grabbed my hubby and I, and now my youngest, is a virus.

The sinus infections are just as a result of the virus. We just cannot seem to get this thing to go away.

I am tired of coughing, and aching. I thought I was getting better, but seem to have relapsed into coughing again, just like my hubby did.

I am STILL on antibiotics as is DH. And NOW DS has it too. He spiked a temp of 101.2 this AM, and the DR has him on meds now too.

GRRR help! I don't understand why this thing won't go away.

I've been taking vitamins, anti-oxidants, antibiotics, decongestants, and expectorants. I've lysoled, scrubbed, thrown out toothbrushes and pillows. You name it, I've tried it.

Can you tell I am at my wits end with this. Annnnd I am freaked that this thing will not have ran it's course through my family within the next 6-wks!!!!! Because DD still hasn't come down with it....yet.

Oh dear, yep, need prayers and pixie dust for sure.

Eeyore (Sandy) ~ Glad to see you over here, and out of lurkdom. Looks like they decided you could swim in the deep end today. (and I thought that flag was for MG, but I guess she might have meant you with the Miss S, hmmmm, didn't read well.)
To get unflagged: nothing. Sher quickly moves on to the next person and I think she is the only person who pays attention to the flagging. (LY/MI Sher - and thanks so much for that link on the crocs.)

Speaking of crocs - I appreciate everyone weighing in on the issue. I have decided to do something that I never do. Pay full price. For the boy's crocs. I can't believe it. Now I'm trying to figure out how best to manipulate the over 8000 points I've collected on MyPoints to pay for not just the boy's, but the girl's and my Crocs as well. Trouble is, I only have enough points for $60 from WebCertificates. And, if I get the navy blue, I need $75.47. I wonder if I can do a partial pay at one of those places, and pay the rest out of pocket.

This is almost as confusing as figuring out all my credits on the DDP. My head hurts. (Haley, any words of wisdom?)

That's all. I need to go pick up the kids. Talk to everyone later. After I edit. Because despite my big words to Eeyore Sandy above, I don't want to get flagged by Sher.
