Wheat bread.

Provolone, Swiss and American cheese.

And a slice of tomato.

Grill until lightly toasted and cheese is melted.

Mmm-mmmm. Hasn't hit the Food Network yet.

I confess, Georgia was so hot that it was close to melting today.

First, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DONNA!. Enjoy that cruise!!!!

Second, Mark and Rhonda were at a family reunion. I was engaged in family activites. Or household ones. Or something like that. I did laundry. I cleaned. I am halfway through the making of the girl's "Belle" dress.

Third, I bought a new wireless card for our laptop today. Because my husband changed wireless networks about 7 months ago, but never bought a new card for the laptop. But I'm still sitting at the auxilliary desk, because he is burning our 8mm tapes (of the kids) to DVDs. I love that he is finally doing this. I hate that this means that I'm not DISing from my bed.

Fourth, well, I don't really have a fourth. But it just felt needed. How bout just a friendly shout to everyone!!!!!

So, story . . . .
I made coffee at the office on Friday. I only drink decaf. So they gave me my very own coffee pot. Problem is, it is a simple click-on, click-off coffee pot, no clock, no timer, no automatic shut-off after two hours. I realized at 5:45 p.m. on Friday (I was already home) that I did not check to see if it was turned off. I know I didn't turn it off, but I don't know if anyone else did either. I also knew that there was no one left in the office and that the building is alarmed and I don't know how to get in.

I resigned myself to going in on Saturday, when the building was open, to check. But I forgot to do that to. I remembered that I forgot about 10 minutes ago.

Silver lining: If the building had caught fire I would know about it.
Dark cloud behind the silver lining: I might be in BIG trouble tomorrow.

EVening everybody. I can officially say that Georgia did NOT shut down for the weekend. RHonda's family reunion was Saturday adn we were off doing family stuff, and of course Sunday is an all day work day for me. Went in at 7:15 for Methodist Men and got home just a little while ago. Typical day, right Lacto?

Anyway, we're back in town for a bit. Hope everyone hada Super Weekend!

Kitty!!!! Lol. I hope it is off... but maybe you should try to get in real early... Mr. Silly and I have a friend/mentor that has a habit of burning coffee pots. He saves them. Also he shows them off with pride. His mind was so focused on what he was doing even the smell of burning coffee did not intrude. That is his story. Pretty good, really.

Early to bed for me. I am beat. School starts in a week, yikes. Double yikes even.
